They can learn skills and through the network they can all utilize it to a lesser degree, but I don’t believe they have the same effects as MC being in a party (party members can learn skills, level up, and they have a pseudo gamers body with the way they take damage) does. if they authentically put much thought into it they would realize that turning on Jihan isn't in their best interest currently they are allied with the cheon bu guild and under the ascendancy of an individual who is considered an entire organization on his own that would all end if they endeavored to retaliate against Jihan and the only thing he asks for is a minuscule mana encomium every month (chump change for such an astronomically immense organization) to not be threat to him and to avail him if he asks if its not exorbitant of an inconvenience fundamentally there are no downsides to this deal only a minute fee and they get three benefits no reason to endeavor and break the system unless your probing for trouble
