Hit ninja manga Naruto


Hit ninja manga Naruto wrapped up over four years ago, but now its author, Kishimoto Masashi, is back with an incipient series titled Samurai 8: The Tale of Hachimaru!

Illustrated by manga artist Okubo Akira, who is additionally a former assistant of Kishimoto, Samurai 8 commenced its run in Issue 24 of Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows a puerile boy called Hachimaru who cannot leave his house due to poor health. Dreaming of being a samurai with a mechanical body and power beyond that of any human, he spends his days indoors playing games online until a feline calling himself a samurai suddenly appears afore him.

Samurai 8: The Tale of Hachimaru is currently running in Weekly Shonen Jump.
